Rim-Sarah ALOUANE is a PhD candidate in Public Law at the University Capitole in Toulouse, holding a Master’s Degree in Comparative Public Law of Francophone Countries from the Faculty of Law of the University Capitole. Her thesis, “The judge and the protection of religious diversity in Canada, The United Kingdom and France”, explores the practices of judges with regard to the recognition and protection of religious specificities.
Her main research interests are in the areas of civil liberties, cultural and religious diversity, and minority rights. As a teaching assistant at the University Jean-François Champollion in Albi, she teaches Administrative Law, Public Business Law/Economics Public Law, Civil Liberties and Constitutional Law for Bachelor’s and Master’s degree students.
She also has a strong interest in travelling and discovering different cultures.
